Job summary

Qualifications

• EMD certification or experience within 6 months preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential general patient care following clinic workflows.
• Take vital signs, verify allergies and medications, and document visits.
• Prepare specimens, administer medications/vaccines, and maintain clean and stocked exam rooms.
• Complete safety checklists and escalate non-routine issues promptly.
• Log and manage patient information in the dispatch system.
• Coordinate with Billing on pre-transport screening and relevant guidelines.
