Qualifications

• Current and valid nationally recognized EMT certification.
• Current and valid CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Minimum of 1 year EMT experience.
• Ability to physically respond to medical emergencies and perform strenuous tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies with Basic Life Support within EMT scope.
• Provide medical evaluation, treatment, stabilization, and transfer of care.
• Maintain readiness of equipment and protective gear.
• Maintain required certifications (EMT, CPR) and perform duties safely.
• Communicate effectively with EMS, police, fire departments and patients.
• Operate computer equipment and software used in the field.
