Job summary
Pioneer Human Services in Everett, WA seeks a dedicated EMT to deliver essential medical care to residents, performing assessments, treatments, and documentation. The EMT will manage shift operations, safety, and programming while supporting behavioral health clients at Pioneer’s residential services. Successful candidates hold EMT licensure and CPR/First Aid, with prior true commitment to community health.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must hold a National EMT License or Washington EMT license in good standing.
CPR/First Aid certification.
Must be able to complete all required medical, company and facility contract requirements.
Responsibilities
Provide quality health care services including emergency medical treatments, initial and detailed assessments, medication delivery, documentation and life-sustaining interventions.
Oversee shift activity within the program, including resident safety, movement, and programming.
Support Residential Services by performing direct patient service and related administrative tasks to ensure quality and cost-effective medical services for behavioral health clients.
