Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as an Onsite Health Technician at our occupational health clinic in Everett, WA. Two shift options are available: Sun-Wed, 4:30pm-2:30am, or Wed-Sat, 4:30pm-2:30am.

You’ll triage workplace injuries, support wellness, manage daily clinic operations, and coordinate with Safety, HR, and offsite medical providers. Responsibilities include administering health services, documentation in EMR, screenings, and case management, with strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Be able to work independently with good time management and organizational skills.
• Have valid licensure for the position and current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software.
• Be strong enough to lift a 50lb emergency response bag.
• Possess excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Have a positive and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations.
• Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees.
• Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s MCPs.
• Build and maintain internal team relationships.
• Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
• Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety and environmental practices.
• Collaborate with client human resources and benefits professionals on clinic issues.
• Document and manage information using EMR software and other tools.
• Pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
• Physical Assessment Testing (PATs).
• Case management.
• OSHA record-keeping.
