Job description

The Urology Department at M Physicians provides a wide range of services for the diagnosis and treatment of conditions related to the kidneys, ureters, and bladder, including cancers of these organs and the prostate. Our team of professionals treats benign conditions such as prostate enlargement, incontinence, kidney stones, impotence, and more. Urology is a surgical specialty, and many procedures are performed in-office, including cystoscopy, vasectomy, and treatments for benign prostate enlargement. While patients of all ages may see a urologist, we see only adult patients.

What you will do:

• Support providers and patients during clinic visits.
• Monitor clinic schedules, greet and guide patients, and collect medical information for records.
• Coordinate and communicate with the healthcare team to deliver an excellent patient experience.
• Assist with minor in-office procedures, injections, immunizations, and sample collections, depending on your certification or license.

What you will need:

• As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): NREMT & MN EMT certification.
• As a Medical Assistant (MA): Medical Assisting Diploma from a CHEA/CAAHEP accredited program (CMA or RMA preferred).
• As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Active Minnesota LPN license.

If selected, compensation and job classification will be determined based on your background, licensure, certifications, and experience.

Sign-On Bonus: $3000 (may be available to qualified applicants)

Compensation: $22.47 - $32.58 USD per hour
