This role involves working across multiple locations, primarily floating to clinics in St Louis Park, Arden Hills, Bloomington, Saint Paul, Woodbury, Brooklyn Center, Coon Rapids, and West End HealthPartners clinics. There may be opportunities to include other locations in the future.

Minimum qualifications for the LPN position include:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current Minnesota LPN licensure
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross (online courses are not accepted)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• One year of LPN experience preferred

Minimum qualifications for the Medical Assistant position include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or EMT program with current EMT license
• Current BLS certification (as above)
• Good communication skills
• Current Medical Assistant Certification or Registration is preferred

Responsibilities of the LPN include:

• Assess patient needs and perform routine procedures
• Assist patients with health goals and provide education
• Document observations and care provided
• Recognize urgent issues and seek help
• Take vital signs and health histories
• Provide patient education and support
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
• Participate in continuing education and maintain CPR certification

Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant include:

• Room patients, record vital signs, and assist with procedures
• Administer medications and prepare exam rooms
• Assist with documentation and lab procedures
• Coordinate communication within the clinic
• Ensure infection control and proper equipment maintenance
