Qualifications

• Must hold valid state EMS license with no disciplinary action.
• Active driver's license in state of residence.
• CPR and EVOC certifications current; pediatric certifications (PEARS/PEPP/EPC) and Trauma certification (PHTLS/ITLS) required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform EMT duties including lifesaving procedures and patient care.
• Drive emergency or non-emergency vehicles using defensive driving techniques.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and protocols; participate in QA activities.
• Report incidents, equipment issues, and injuries promptly to supervision.
• Attend mandatory trainings and in-services to maintain certifications.
