Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota EMT certification and BLS certification required.
• Preferred National Registry (NREMT) EMT certification.
• Valid driver’s license with compliant driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and nonemergency calls within the service area.
• Transport patients to appropriate medical facilities.
• Assess patient condition and relay information to receiving facility.
• Maintain ambulance readiness and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with dispatch for additional assistance.
