Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis, part of Tenet Healthcare Corporation, seeks an EMT to support patient care under the RN guidance in a high‑quality hospital setting.

The role involves admissions, transfers, routine care procedures, wound care, and other tasks as assigned in a collaborative team environment. Eligible candidates must be EMT‑Intermediate or Paramedic, TN licensed, with BLS/CPR and CPI within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• EMT-Intermediate or Paramedic accreditation required
• TN license as EMT-Intermediate or Paramedic required
• BLS/CPR Healthcare Provider certification required
• CPI certification due within 3 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients.
• Perform routine patient care procedures under RN direction.
• Carry out dressing changes, wound care, and basic nursing tasks as assigned.
• Perform related duties as required by supervisor.
