Paramedic FT Nights role at Tenet Healthcare – Saint Francis Hospital Memphis. Up to $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility.

Saint Francis Hospital Memphis is a 510-bed acute care hospital dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate care to the Mid-South community. As a comprehensive medical center, Saint Francis Hospital Memphis features a broad spectrum of tertiary and acute care, outpatient services and specialty areas including Women’s Services, Surgical Services, Bariatric Center of Excellence and Behavioral Health. Other acute care areas include Emergency Room, Critical Care, Med/Surg and Telemetry.

Position

EMT IV Full Time Nights Position Summary: The Licensed Paramedic acts as a member of the healthcare team to perform delegated patient care duties in the department assigned.

Responsibilities

• The Paramedic holds shift accountability for providing care to patients in accordance with recognized techniques, standards of practice and hospital policy and procedures.

Education

• Required: Graduate of an Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic training course.

Experience

• Required: Paramedic experience
• Preferred: experience in an emergency room

Certification

• Required: Current licensed as EMT-P. BLS. ACLS. PALS within 6 months of hire
