Job summary

American Medical Response in Los Lunas, NM is hiring Emergency Medical Technicians to respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance and deliver high-quality care, treatment, and customer service to patients.

Located in Los Lunas, NM. This full-time role offers a base salary and bonuses including a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a biweekly retention bonus for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid EMT certification.
• High school diploma or GED required; active CPR/BLS certifications.
• State driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
• Ability to pass a physical agility test.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient assessment, determine needed care, and deliver emergency services.
• Document patient information while maintaining confidentiality and rights.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Utilize EMT skills including communications, equipment use, and procedures.
• Operate an ambulance in compliance with safety policies and laws.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and safety personnel.
