Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State Driver’s License.
• State EMT certification.
• CPR/BLS certifications.
• Driving record in compliance with company policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• EMTs assess patients, determine needed care, and provide emergency services.
• Document patient information and treatment while protecting confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stocked environment for patients.
• Perform EMT duties using medical equipment, communications, and office tools.
• Operate an ambulance in line with safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with other health and safety personnel and fellow EMTs.
• Participate in community programs to support the company image.
