Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System seeks a motivated EMT-B to support in-home visits across our service area. You will collaborate with Mobile Integrated Health, virtual nursing, and in-home staff to deliver patient-centered care.

Applicants should hold EMT-B certification, BLS, and a valid driver's license. The role offers full-time or part-time options with 12-hour shifts and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based care in coordination with the care team.
• Drive a St. Luke's vehicle to complete scheduled at-home visits.
• Engage with Mobile Integrated Health and Virtual Care Team clinicians.
• Possess hands-on clinical skills in collaboration with in-home staff.

What You Can Expect:

• Full-time and part-time available
• Day, swing, and night shifts available. 3 on, 4 off, with 12-hour shifts
• Working with Mobile Integrated Health, virtual nursing, social workers, telehealth staff, ED staff, floor staff, and in-home staff
• Driving a St. Luke's vehicle to complete scheduled at-home visit
• Hands-on clinical skills in coordination with Primary In-Home Clinician and Virtual Care Team clinicians.
• 1 year experience preferred

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Licenses/Certifications: EMT-B in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
• Valid driver's license.
