Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Introduction to ICS-100/ICS-100.b or ICS for Healthcare/Hospitals or NIMS.
• ICS-200/ICs-200 or ICs for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents or Applying ICS to Healthcare Organizations.
• IS-700/NIMS Introduction.
• IS-800.D: National Response Framework Introduction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office/Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Provide BLS services for emergency and non-emergency requests as assigned by dispatch.
• Ensure safe/ prompt transport of patients.
• Complete patient care reports for every patient.
• Coordinate with other emergency services and healthcare providers.
• Adhere to NJ regulations (N.J.A.C. 8:40) and HM protocols.
