Priority Ondemand is seeking an EMT to provide stand-by emergency medical care and transportation at events in Bremen, GA. The role involves responding to emergencies and non-emergencies, delivering patients to medical facilities, and ensuring readiness of ambulance and equipment on every shift.

Candidates must hold an EMT license, CPR certification, and demonstrate integrity, professional behavior, and strong judgment under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high degree of personal integrity and responsibility.
• Currently licensed, certified or registered by the appropriate state agencies.
• Currently certified in CPR by the AHA or other appropriate organization.
• Currently licensed with the appropriate level of state motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Must have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Ensures ambulance and equipment are ready at the start of each shift and after every call.
• Performs daily inspections of base/station and maintains cleanliness and readiness.
• Maintains communications with dispatch, medical control and other agencies.
• Responds to emergencies and non-emergencies following state law and company policy.
• Delivers patients to appropriate medical facilities and documents all responses.
