Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational/Technical degree preferred.
• Basic EMT certification in state of practice required; EVOC training within 3 months of hire.
• Valid State Driver’s License; BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• 1 year of incident-free driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to calls and performs patient assessments.
• Provides basic airway management.
• Provides CPR and use of AED.
• Maintains reports and records.
• Maintains vehicle and equipment.
• Serves as a patient advocate.
