Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Security and Emergency Services Officer II (EMR/EMT) at Lantern Hill, a 20-acre continuing care retirement community in New Providence, NJ. You will patrol the property, staff the gatehouse as needed, and respond to emergencies and calls for service.

The ideal candidate has EMS/ security experience, CPR, and EMR or higher certification within 30 days of hire. Per Diem schedule supports flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Security and EMS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property and relief staffing for the gatehouse.
• Enforce traffic and parking regulations.
• Respond to dispatch calls and medical emergencies.
• Document incident reports thoroughly in the online system.
• Assist in maintaining safety and security across Lantern Hill.
