Lynx EMS is seeking a Day Shift EMT to provide both emergency and non-emergency medical transport across the region, supporting hospital discharges and interfacility transfers with a focus on patient safety and quality care.

The role requires current EMT certification, a valid driver's license, strong clinical judgment, and a professional, team-oriented approach. Day shifts emphasize reliability, punctuality, and collaboration with dispatch and healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Current State EMT Certification (or reciprocity eligible).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication abilities.

• Commitment to reliability and punctuality for scheduled day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with state and company protocols.
• Safely operate and maintain assigned ambulance and equipment.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurate documentation.
• Ensure the ambulance unit is clean, stocked, and deployment-ready at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare facilities, and team members.
• Uphold safety standards and compliance regulations.
