Qualifications

• Must hold active state EMT certification (any level) or nursing license.
• CPR and AED certification required.

• Knowledge of plasma donation safety and regulatory considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility including consent, medical history, and screening tests.
• Assess donor reactions and manage emergencies per SOPs and standing orders.
• Refer to physician or medical affairs for medical or technical issues.
• Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees.
• Assist with occupational health issues and EHS guidance as needed.
• Act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS/Medical Affairs.
