Job summary

City Ambulance Service is seeking experienced EMT-Basics for full-time positions in Houston, Texas. Candidates will respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, assess patients, provide advanced life support, and document medical treatment.

Qualifications

• Ability to sit, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
• Experience with MICU level transports including IV Pump / Ventilator / Cardiac Monitoring.
• Experience in Emergency Medical Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls for emergency and non-emergency transports.
• Assess a patient’s condition and determine treatment per protocol.
• Provide first-aid treatment and/or advanced life support to patients.
• Document medical care given to patients promptly.
