Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center professional to evaluate donor eligibility for automated plasmapheresis and supervise immunizations in line with state regulations and SOPs.

The role includes emergency care when permitted, training, and working knowledge of all plasma center operations while ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines. Collaboration with physicians and QA backups is essential for center success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related educational program (Physician, Nurse, RN/LPN).
• Certified/licensed as an EMT if allowed by state.
• Current CPR certification and appropriate state license to perform testing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical assessments, and informed consent discussions per SOPs and regulations.
• Review and document donor information, immunization records, and test results in NexLynk.
• Classify donors into programs and monitor for adverse reactions, providing care per training/licensure.
• Consult with center Licensed Physician about abnormal results or immunization orders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure confidentiality; refer donors to health departments when needed.
