Your Impact includes patient interaction such as engaging with patients professionally, explaining prescribed medications, offering guidance on lifestyle modifications, and addressing patient questions. Clinical responsibilities include supporting clinical operations, conducting preliminary evaluations, performing basic clinical procedures, and documenting patient information accurately. Collaboration with the clinical team involves working closely with providers and other healthcare professionals, communicating patient information, collaborating on discharge plans, and supporting training of new team members. Required availability includes working 12-hour shifts with specific requirements for full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules, flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel within a one-hour distance for shifts and training. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, national EMT certification with at least one year experience, and BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. The role values compassion, communication skills, trustworthiness, teamwork, and technical proficiency. Bonus qualifications include 1-2 years of patient triage experience in urgent care or emergency departments.
