Graduates of our EMS Training Academies are offered a full‑time EMT position with LifeCare Medical Transports, a proud part of the Priority Ambulance Family of Companies, with a minimum 24‑month full‑time employment commitment following licensure.

Academy Details

• Format: Live, instructor‑led classroom sessions and labs as well as clinical rotations
• Location: Virginia Beach, VA (On‑Site)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm (times are subject to change based on training schedule) one‑hour unpaid lunch break each day. (Up to 40 hours per week)
• Clinical Rotations: 24 total clinical hours on LifeCare Ambulances
• Program Length: 5 weeks
• Certification Level: EMT

Expected from Participants

• Full engagement with attendance to all classes, labs, and clinical rotations.
• prompt testing for Licensure upon course completion.
• commitment to work for LifeCare Medical Transports in a full‑time position for at least 2 years following licensure.

What You’ll Receive

• $15/hr. Student Wage (Upon successful certification as an EMT, participants will be eligible for a pay increase to reflect their new qualifications.)
