Premier Ambulance is seeking dependable EMTs to provide high-quality patient care during emergency and non-emergency transports. We offer multiple shift options, career development, and competitive compensation with overtime policies clearly outlined.

The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and excellent communication while operating within the EMT scope of practice. California EMT certification and a valid CA Driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care during emergency and non-emergency transport.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency medical transportation assignments.
• Assess and monitor patients, and provide appropriate care.
• Safely transport patients to designated facilities and operate ambulance equipment.
• Complete accurate patient care and operational documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, healthcare providers, dispatch, and EMS personnel.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked ambulance; stay calm in high-stress situations.
• Follow company policies, clinical protocols, and applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm in fast-paced and stressful situations.Wages ranging from *$21.50 (*with ambulance experience) and more. Slightly lower pay for brand new EMTs. NOTE: Some companies may try to offer a higher hourly rate BUT they have an alternate work week arrangement and do NOT pay overtime until after the 10th hour in a day. PREMIER PAYS OVERTIME AFTER THE 8th hour in a day.
