Wages start around $21.00 per hour for ambulance experience, with higher rates for experienced EMTs and slightly lower for brand-new EMTs. Overtime policies and CA compliance are emphasized in the role.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm in fast-paced and stressful situations.Wages ranging from *$21.00 (*with ambulance experience) and more. Slightly lower pay for brand new EMTs. NOTE: Some companies may try to offer a higher hourly rate BUT they have an alternate work week arrangement and do NOT pay overtime until after the 10th hour in a day. PREMIER PAYS OVERTIME AFTER THE 8th hour in a day.
