Barbaricum is seeking an Electrical/Electronics Engineer III to directly support the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, Code MXM, focusing on EMSO-enabled analysis and mission engineering for complex naval and DoD kill chains. You will troubleshoot systems, assemble, repair, test, and disposition mechanical assemblies within a Government/contractor environment.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD SECRET clearance (minimum); U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot systems and to assemble, repair, test, and disposition mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot applicable systems and perform fault isolation.
  • Assemble, repair, test, and disposition mechanical assemblies and associated equipment.
  • Analyze test data and documentation and compare against requirements and specifications.
  • Operate discipline-specific equipment and software for troubleshooting, testing, and operation as specified in Technical Instructions (TIs).
  • Provide technical input and advice to Government programmatic and engineering personnel and support systems in the field.
