Job summary

AmeriPro Health is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician to keep ambulances and response vehicles clean, stocked, and in proper working order. You will support daily operations, maintain the supply room, and assist with transporting units for repairs as needed.

The role requires attention to safety, accuracy, and compliance with policies. Applicants should have basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, the ability to multitask, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience servicing vehicles with knowledge of fluid levels, tires, and lights/equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work under time constraints.
• Basic computer operational understanding is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock ambulances and response vehicles after each transport or shift.
• Perform mechanical checks and ensure operational readiness of all lights and equipment.
• Inspect vehicles and report deficiencies to maintain readiness and safety.
• Manage vehicle inventory and requisition supplies as replacements.
• Document condition of vehicles and equipment at shift end; report damages.
• Transport vehicles to service facilities as needed; assist field crews and supervisors.
