Job summary

AmeriPro Health LLC is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician to ensure ambulances and response vehicles are clean, stocked, safe, and in proper working condition. You will perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and equipment checks to keep units ready for daily operations.

The role supports the Logistics Supervisor with transport to repairs and maintains the supply room, while adhering to company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing vehicles including knowledge of fluid levels, tire pressure and lights/equipment status.
• Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints.
• Ability to safely operate the ambulance vehicle.
• Basic computer operational understanding.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock ambulances and response vehicles after each transport or shift.
• Mechanical check off of vehicle (fluid levels, tires, lights, equipment).
• Inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure readiness and report deficiencies.
• Restock supplies and requisition replacement equipment.
• Ensure deep cycling of monitor batteries as required.
• Document condition of ambulance and equipment at end of shifts and report damage.
• Complete required documentation and inspection logs accurately and timely.
• Transport vehicles to and from service facilities as needed.
• Assist field crews and supervisors to support operations.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
