We are seeking an EMS Technical Assistant to support transmission grid operations through the maintenance, creation, and enhancement of EMS displays. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with operational systems, large datasets, and cross‑functional teams in a utility or energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, create, and enhance EMS displays used by grid operators
• Develop high‑level one‑line displays, RAS displays, menu displays, HUD displays, and related operational visualizations
• Support reliable operation of the transmission grid through accurate and timely display updates
• Analyze large datasets to determine required updates during database model builds
• Collaborate with Operators, Planning Engineers, EMS teams, and other departments throughout the display development process
• Manage multiple display requests simultaneously while meeting project timelines and operational deadlines
