Job summary

Animal in Massachusetts is seeking an EMS Supervisor to lead our EMS Wrentham store team. You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and champion exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and product knowledge to create a welcoming shopping experience for every guest.

As a Department Head in USA Retail, you will manage opening/closing routines, uphold health & safety standards, motivate the team to meet KPIs, and build strong community connections.
