Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, engineering technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in electric utility or OT environment with SCADA/telemetry, cybersecurity, or metering.
• Working knowledge of utility operations and energy management systems is desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, evaluate options, and act in time-sensitive situations.

Aufgaben

• Support the administration, maintenance, and improvement of EMS, SCADA, telemetry, load management, and related comms systems.
• Monitor reliability, data accuracy, cybersecurity, and business continuity for OT systems.
• Provide technical support for field integration, metering interfaces, databases, and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with ElectriCities departments, utilities, vendors, and consultants.
• Participate in rotating after-hours support during operational events and emergencies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
