Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant electric utility or OT experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in electric utility, system operations, SCADA/telemetry, cybersecurity, communications, metering, or related technical environment.
• Working knowledge of utility operations, energy management systems, SCADA/telemetry, communications networks, cybersecurity practices, databases, and related OT is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Support the administration, maintenance, and improvement of energy management, SCADA, telemetry, load management, distributed generation monitoring, and related communications systems.
• Monitor and support system reliability, data accuracy, cybersecurity, integration, and business continuity for OT systems, including troubleshooting and coordinating corrective actions.
• Provide technical and engineering support for operational systems, field equipment integration, metering and communications interfaces, database and reporting needs, and system enhancements that support Power Agency operations.
• Work collaboratively with ElectriCities departments, participants, utilities, vendors, and consultants to support system performance and priorities.
• Participate in a rotating after-hours support program, serving as a technical resource during operational events, emergency response activities, equipment issues, and other time-sensitive situations requiring sound engineering & operational judgment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
