Job summary

TAG Refrigeration Colorado is seeking an experienced EMS Foreman to lead commercial refrigeration control system installations in the Denver area. The role requires coordinating crews, scheduling, and on-site problem solving with hands-on leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in refrigeration and EMS installations, strong wiring and conduit skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. Travel to job sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and EMS system installation.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration control systems, EMS platforms, and low-voltage wiring.
• Experience installing conduit and control wiring in commercial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Proven experience coordinating job sites, schedules, and crews.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, commissioning, and startup of EMS and refrigeration control systems.
• Read and interpret plans, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate installation.
• Coordinate all phases of EMS installation to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Install and run conduit for electrical wiring and control systems.
• Pull and terminate low-voltage wiring for EMS and refrigeration controls.
• Ensure installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
