Qualifications

• MA Licensed Paramedic with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
• 5+ years of clinical EMS experience.
• Strong knowledge of EMS protocols and trauma systems.
• Stop the Bleed certification within 1 year of start.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support EMS Medical Director in oversight of regional EMS practices.
• Review adherence to local, state and regional protocols and standards of care.
• Coordinate case review conferences and feedback sessions as needed.
• Review prehospital care times, destination decisions, handoff communication, and transfer processes.
• Participate in trauma performance improvement activities involving EMS care and transport decisions.
• Develop and monitor QA/QI initiatives for prehospital care and EMS-related data.
• Collect, analyze, and report EMS data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on EMS quality outcomes.
