Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent required.
• BSN preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical or didactic experience required.
• 5+ years of clinical or didactic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity of ePCR and identify error trends during audits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Facilitate ongoing education and training for clinical staff.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement within EMS & Flight team.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
