Job summary

Delray Medical Center is seeking an EMS Coordinator to bridge hospital leadership with local EMS agencies, focusing on clinical quality assurance through data and program development.

The role uses EMS ePCR and hospital EHR data to monitor outcomes, improve continuity of care, and foster community partnerships. RN or Paramedic certification is required, with 3–5 years EMS experience in ED or pre-hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical EMS experience in ED or pre-hospital environments.
• Active RN license or Paramedic certification required.
• Familiarity with hospital EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and EMS ePCR platforms (ImageTrend, ESO).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between hospital administration, service line leadership, strategy team and EMS agencies.
• Focus on clinical quality assurance through data utilization and program development.
• Leverage ePCR and EHR data to track outcomes and improve continuity of care.
