Qualifications

• Two years of full-time pre-hospital advanced life support or EMS experience.
• Experience preparing and presenting instruction/continuing education.
• Possession of California RN or Paramedic license as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring QA/QI and training align with contracts.
• Auditing patient care reports for proper treatment utilization.
• Collaborating with EMS stakeholders to identify trends and training needs.
• Attending committees and training meetings to establish regional continuity.
• Developing and delivering EMS curriculum.
