• Coursework in public administration or health sciences with program planning experience.
• Experience in budgeting, monitoring, evaluating, and marketing a program or service.
• Familiarity with EMS policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, oversee, and manage the EMS Licensing and EMS Education & Compliance programs.
• Supervise program staff, provide coaching, distribute workload, and conduct evaluations.
• Develop goals and ensure operational efficiency across functional areas.
• Administer licensing for EMS providers, instructors, training agencies, and services.
• Ensure compliance with EMS statutes, regulations, and related acts.
• Perform audits to validate continuing competency requirements and regulatory integrity.
• Interpret and apply EMS scope-of-practice standards and regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and procurement processes.
• Liaise with state and federal agencies and EMS stakeholders.
