Job summary

The role coordinates remedial and continuing education for EMS squads, serves as ED liaison to Community Relations, and supports efforts to improve emergency medical services across the service area.

Qualifications

• EMT-P Certification or RN license required.
• Must be an EMS-I (EMS instructor) to maintain site approved license.
• High School or GED is required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes and trends quality assurance data related to pre-hospital emergency care.
• Coordinates and implements remedial and continuing education programs for EMS providers.
• Participates as the ED Liaison to the Community Relations Department.
