Job summary

Vital Medical Transport seeks an EMS Operations Manager for the Chattanooga division to oversee daily operations, supervise field personnel, and ensure compliance with company regulations in collaboration with the VP of Operations.

This role acts as the liaison between field crews and upper management, handling customer and patient concerns while providing technical support to service providers.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Emergency Medical Science with 5+ years EMS experience.
• Five years emergency response experience.
• MS Office knowledge; experience with EMS software, billing and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise response teams including paramedics and EMTs, assigning reviews and addressing issues.
• Oversee EMS operations ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and protocols within the chain of command.
• Provide medical care at BLS and ALS levels and ensure patient safety during scenes.
