  • Support protocol development and technology implementation.
  • Maintain records, certifications, and regulatory documentation.

EMS Operations Manager

Who: An experienced and credentialed EMS leader with at least three years in both paramedic and management roles.

What: Oversee clinical operations, personnel, vehicle deployment, communications, and service delivery across multiple EMS bases in Michigan.

When: This full-time position is available for immediate hire.

Where: Dearborn / Detroit Michigan area

Office Environment: Field-based leadership with direct oversight of mobile units, team performance, and administrative processes.

Position Overview:

This role leads all aspects of a dynamic EMS operation, ensuring timely response and high-quality care across emergency and non-emergency service lines. The position works closely with executive leadership to drive strategic growth, maintain compliance, and enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
