Job summary

Lynx EMS in Newburgh, IN is seeking an Operations Manager to direct daily operations at our Newburgh location, ensuring staffing, compliance with EMS policies, and efficient service delivery to our clients. This role reports to the Regional Manager of Operations and requires overseeing supervisors, coordinating with hospitals and nursing facilities, and driving process improvements across the site.

The Operations Manager will manage HR tasks, review incidents and reporting, maintain equipment

Qualifications

Knowledge of EMS policies and procedures and current EMT licensing requirements.
Experience in managing EMS operations, staffing, and incident reporting.
Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with hospitals and facilities.
Strong records management and policy compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day operations at the Newburgh location and supervise staff.
Coordinate with Operations Supervisors, hospitals, and facilities on staffing and incidents.
Review and improve administrative and operational processes and policies.
Prepare and submit staff reports, incident reports, and payroll-related documents.
Manage HR responsibilities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
