Job summary

The College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy seeks an experienced EMS Paramedic Supervisor to lead field operations in North Carolina. This role reports to the EMS Administrative Director and oversees Shift Supervisors, Senior Paramedics, and EMS personnel.

Requirements include five years of full-time paramedic experience (or EMS leadership with education), current NC Paramedic Certification, NC driver's license with clean record, and national certification preference.

Qualifications

• Current NC Paramedic Certification required.
• National Paramedic Registry Certification preferred.
• Current NC driver's license with a good driving history.
• Current ACLS, ITLS/PHTLS, BCLS and PALS certifications required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Reports to: EMS Administrative Director.
• Supervises Shift Supervisors, Senior Paramedics, All field personnel: Paramedics, AEMTS, EMTs, and EMS Patient Transport Drivers.
