Qualifications

• Utah EMS licensure at EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic with BEMS Instructor endorsement.
• AHA BLS Instructor Certification or related healthcare licensure.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned sections in EMS courses.
• Prepares instructional materials as necessary.
• Instructs, manages, and supervises individuals and groups in classrooms and EMS learning labs using appropriate teaching methods.
• Evaluate instruction and learning utilizing appropriate testing methods.
• Maintains a student-oriented approach to education.
• Maintains and submits accurate and current reports and records involving student accountability, attendance, performance, and follow-up.
