The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in EMS with current licensure or an MD with licensure, and experience in EMS practice, with a commitment to inclusive teaching for a diverse student body across campuses.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in EMS with current licensure, certification or registration.
• Medical Doctor with current licensure, certification or registration.
• Three years of non-teaching EMS work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach EMS courses to a multicultural student population based on department outcomes.
• Participate in curriculum review, assessment, and program governance.
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback reflecting outcomes.
• Mentor EMSP students and support a culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Remain current in the field through professional development and engagement in college activities.
