Emergency Telecommunicator Services seeks Emergency Medical Dispatchers in Wellington, UT. You will receive calls, verify locations, ask key questions, and determine priorities to coordinate ambulance resources under approved protocols.

A high school diploma is commonly required; EMT certification is not universally required. Training may be sponsored; overnight shifts, weekends and overtime are possible.

Formación

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent commonly required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to undergo training and certification as required.

Responsabilidades

• Receive calls involving illness, injury, and other medical emergencies.
• Confirm patient location, callback number, and access details.
• Ask approved questions about the patient’s condition.
• Determine response priority through the authorized medical dispatch system.
• Dispatch or coordinate ambulance resources when included in the assignment.
• Provide protocol-based instructions within current qualifications.
• Relay patient information and scene hazards to responding personnel.
• Document call processing and participate in quality-review activities.
