Job summary

Arizona Department of Health Services in Phoenix seeks an EMS CQI specialist to lead education initiatives for EMS and Trauma System and support IT system development for user training. You will coordinate with Bureau program managers, manage training resources, and ensure accessibility for staff and external partners.

The role requires collaboration with the OCI, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to present findings and metrics to management for strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field with 4 years of project coordination/management experience.
• Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• EMS and Trauma System education initiatives to improve workforce training access and resiliency.
• Develop and test IT system requirements, UAT, and implementation plans for internal and external users.
• Participate in committee meetings and liaison with external stakeholders to promote training dissemination.
• Collaborate with OCI on agency strategic priorities related to EMS and Trauma System.
• Oversee projects for the Bureau and ensure training materials are updated and effective.
