Liberty County Board of Commissioners seeks an EMS Education and Training Coordinator to design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate clinical education and training for the EMS Department in Hinesville, GA. This role ensures ongoing education, competency assessment, and adherence to applicable state and National Registry requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in EMS or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of Paramedic-level EMS experience required.
• Experience in EMS education, clinical instruction, or professional development preferred.
• Georgia EMS Instructor/Coordinator credentials within one year of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate clinical education and training programs.
• Instruct medics and first responders; oversee AHAs/CPR/ACLS/PALS instructor requirements.
• Plan monthly trainings; lead state/national refresher courses; manage orientation for new hires.
