Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine response priority using the authorized medical dispatch system.
• Dispatch or coordinate ambulance resources as assigned.
• Provide protocol-based instructions within current qualifications.
• Relay patient information and scene hazards to responders.
• Document call processing and participate in quality-review activities.
