• Receives calls, triages ambulance assignments, and provides on-line first aid instructions.
• Maintains logs and ensures documentation is completed.
• Coordinates EMS staff deployment and unit availability during shifts.
• Maintains equipment and notifies supervisors of issues.
• Coordinates interagency responses and rescues as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
